How to take backup of the jobs created in enterprise guide?

@Rudra01 Depends on how your EG project looks like, especially if you're storing your SAS code all within EG or if you have code nodes stored as external .sas files.

If everything within EG then backup the .egp file.

Define "jobs" and "project".

Do you mean an Enterprise Guide project file (.egp)?

.egp is basically a zip archive. Open it and you start to understand what it really is.
