The libname is not listed in the libnames in the server-pane. Was it assigned?
If yes. Can you clear the libname and assign it again?
If no. Can you assign it?

Stil nog change. it stil gives the error.

Please post the LIBNAME statement you are testing this with. If you are using a DSN which is defined in the Windows ODBC Data Sources app, test the connection there. If it fails then this is not a SAS problem and you need to talk to your IT folks about restoring access.
