My import function is currently disabled. Could you please guide me on how to import data? Thank you.

That picture looks to relate to Importing PROJECTS, not data sets.

Have you created a project? That would be the first step, then add import data in the project.

Thank you for responding. When I attempt to create a project, I cannot import files from my local system. There is no "import" option. It's disabled.

Perhaps you are using the wrong word at this point. IMPORT in SAS terms typically means using a widget/tool/procedure to import data from a non-SAS file such as reading a text CSV file or connecting to a data source like a database. That creates a data set in SAS file structure of your project.

If you have SAS data sets already, such as  in a library that your project recognizes, then you just select them for use.

What SAS Product are you using? That screenshot isn't from Enterprise Guide. Talk to your SAS administrator to get help importing data.
