hi,i'm using EM 5.2 to build a model. i have decision matrix and i used the Decision tree node. The output file confused me a little bit. It has two tables, event classification table and decision table. The results of the tables are significantly different. Anyone can tell me where these two tables come from? Which one should i use as my results? Thanks.

another question is when i use the SAMPLE node and connect it to a tree node. after i ran it, the output indicates that the tree node is still using the whole dataset not the sample i generated in the SAMPLE node. anyone have any idea?

Hi:
SAS Enterprise Guide (this forum) is not the same product as SAS Enterprise Miner. Currently, there isn't an Enterprise Miner forum. For usage questions about SAS Enterprise Miner, see this site:
http://support.sas.com/documentation/onlinedoc/miner/

...which contains a link to the 5.2 documentation -- downloadable as a PDF.

If you need more help than what's in the documentation, you might consider contacting Tech Support or review the Data Miner courses at this site:
http://support.sas.com/training/us/paths/dm.html In addition to training classes, there's a self-paced e-learning course on Applied Analytics using Enterprise Miner 5:
