take two specific words if they don't have a specific word right after them

I tring to find a way for VTA (in concept node) to take specific phrase if he doesn't have after him a specific word?

Tried everything  please help!

And if one occurrence of the phrase have the specific word after him, the ather acurances of the phrase will still be taken
