sas miner 14.1 is still loading

Hi,

i've  a problem  with  SAS MINER 14.1.

i regulary opened  the product  and closed it like i do always.

After  launched the product is still  in  load and it doesn't start.

Can you advise me how i can handle to this problem ?

i've installed  the product on a  virtualBox VM  with   windows 7.
