Those LIBNAMEs look like they are using SAS/SHARE. There could be a variety of reasons for the security failure errors. Follow @LinusH 's advice.

 

BTW, it is not a good idea to post unencrypted passwords in screenshots. You are most likely breaking your organisation's security rules.
