Using Transform variable as your target variable

Hi All,

I am using SAS Enterprise miner 14.1 and need some advice on- that how can you choose a transformed variable as your target variable. The Data source is connected to data partition followed by transform variable node, where i have transformed my target variable and then passed it through (Linear) Regression but the regression node is throwing me an error that-- 'Select at least one target variable'

So if anyone can help me on this will be great

That should work... does your target variable have the role of Target in your Input Data node?  Either way, you can try putting a Metadata node after the Transform Variables node and be sure your transformed target has role of Target there, then use your Regression node.
