Hello Fellow SAS users:

The survival node allows us to specify data in:  Standard, Change-Time and Fully Expanded format respectively.

I am looking for examples (data step preferably or macro ) on how to create a "Fully Expanded" data set using _T_, ID, TIME-ID variables etc...

An example of such data set is the churn_fullyexpanded_monthly (below)  in the SAMPSIO sample library.
