Support Vector Machines in SAS

Any good paper that could explain the background and application of SVM in SAS Base or anything?

In SAS/base. nope as svm is part of SAS Eminer.

Within Eminer there is more documentation at the reference help and the online help in that product.

From SAS Enterprise Miner 13.1, a new node HP SVM was introduced. The node is under HPDM tab.

It uses the newly developed high-performance HPSVM procedure to solve binary

classification problems.
