Is JMP software for Factor analysis works similar to segmentation analysis from SAS enterprise miner?

Thank you for your interest.

SAS Enterprise Miner does not support factor analysis, whereas factor analysis is supported in JMP. 

Both Enterprise Miner and JMP support PCA (principal components analysis), clustering observations, and clustering variables.

The degree to which differences and similarities occur depends on how you are choosing to perform your segmentation.
