SAS Enterprise Miner - connectivity

Hi, we have installed SAS Enterprise Miner (EM) and it connects based on sas- environment.xml file. When EM launched it connects but the service is not enabled in mid tier. Can you please let us know the details so as to enable SAS registry services? When tried the url in browser it returns server 500 error?
