This question is about SAS EM.

 

When using replacement node to replace class variables, e.g. replace CAT = 0 by 1, can I put the replacement node after the data partition node if I want to replace all data not only the training data?

Is there any difference between putting the replacement node before data partition node and putting the replacement node after data partition node?

 

The data after replacement will be used to build predictive models.

Are you using the replacement node for cleansing or normalization of your data?? If yes, you should place replacement node before Data partitioning node!!
