How to convert sas dataset which is in columnar format into flat file?

Hey, sorry for late, I am attaching a screen shot of how I want the final dataset to look like. Data is not original but representation of it. Please notice that number of product (pm) are thousands.

This kind of transformation is usually done with SAS Transpose procedure. We can propose some working code to get from a precise dataset structure to another, given enough detail (i.e., variable names and types).
