R model code for R studio

hello

 

I am in need of R syntax to put in R studio to build the following

 

Decision Tree

Reg

Neural

 

I know I need rpart and rpart.plot for the tree, GLM for Reg, and NNET for neural

 

I have R 3.5 version the latest

 

need asap as im devloping course for NC state

Probably better asked in an R forum? Or is this related to SAS somehow?
