I want know how queuing theory is useful in business and sas code for queuing theory models(m/m/1 m/d/1 m/g/1) . please share with me if anyone have document .

There is an article describing how to use SAS to compute the parameters of the Erlang-C model which is a commonly used framework for call center staffing and management available at
