I´m working a a case study in witch I must find an example of data mining without using a data warehouse. That is, without using a historical series of data and how may that improve a company´s advantagesTnks!

I'm not sure I understand what you are asking for.  The term data mining comes from the fact that its methods are charged with analyzing the (typically) massive amounts of data stored electronically whether that is in a data warehouse or in electronic files.   Your question seems to indicate you are looking for ways to do data mining without actually using data but that by definition would not be data mining.   If you could help me understand your goal, I might be able to provide some assistance.

Cordially,

Doug
