Good morning.

I have an EM diagram that sudenly got full of errors. One of them was this one, attached.

Others were the impossibility to save the diagram xml or a simple copy-paste of a node with an error "A problem has been encountered on the server".

Can someone help, please?

Thank you!

If you encounter a dialog that says  "A problem has been encountered on the server" is just a generic report so you will need to look at the appropriate log to see what actually went wrong.

If you encounter an error message that indicates that the file DiagramGetReportMetadata.xml could not be read while creating a diagram, you might have one of the following situations documented in
Problem Note 45889

  • Your license is expired.
  • A product that you licensed previously is no longer licensed.
  • During a SAS Enterprise Miner Workstation installation, you also selected a SAS Enterprise Miner Client installation.
  • The appropriate operating–system permissions have not been granted.
  • UAC (User Access Control) settings need modification.

For a related issue, see SAS Note 49281, "Creating a new project gives a 'NO_FILE' error."

Hope this helps!

Doug
