Metadata server set-up

For a Local Single User Desktop License -is it possible to set up a Metadata Server?  I want to be able to use the Model Scoring Task within Enterprise Guide.   I have Enterprise Miner Licensed on my Desktop as well.

I feel like that shouldn't be required for scoring. In EM you get code that can be implemented in Base without metadata server. 

 

I'm not familiar with RPM though. You may want to contact SAS support directly for help with this.
