Hi,

I would like to integrate the SAS Enterprise Miner and Guide, or also with the Visual Analytics, to automate the predictions in real time. Is it possible?

Thanks

Regards,

Bryan Silveira

When you talk about automating predictions in real-time, you are likely referring to scoring in real-time rather than building models.  The purpose of building models (like those built in SAS Enterprise Miner) is so that they can be used for a period of time.  During that time, they can be used to score observations and this can be done as often as you wish based on updates in the data, but doing this task in real-time would typically be done through a rules engine which or real-time scoring process.

There are several SAS products that can help you in this process including

   * SAS Model Manager - which streamlines the tedious and often error-prone steps of creating, managing, deploying, monitoring and operationalizing analytical models.

   * SAS Decision Manager - which delivers business rules management and streamlines analytical model deployment.

   * SAS Real-Time Decision Manager - which combines SAS Analytics with business logic and contact strategies to deliver enhanced real-time recommendations and decisions

You can also use the score code created by SAS Enterprise Miner and incorporate into your own SAS scoring processes so that scores are updated as often as you like.

Hope this helps!

Doug
