I can't open the SAS EMiner, shows me a Message, when a Try to log on in SAS EMiner :
An error exists in the User Service configuration... All preferences will be ignored in this session .
I have SAS 9.4 on Windows Server 2012R2
I tried do the solution of SAS Support : "http: //support. sas.com/kb/59/450.html" and Installed Hot Fixes but I can't open this. You can help me for this. ¿Any suggestion? Thanks

My EMiner is a Client. I coud reinstall with my SAS Depot and I can open my SAS EMiner, thanks

You didn't mention if your Eminer web based or client based. If web based, I would close all the browser window and clean up Java cache before calling my SAS admin.
