I am using SAS text miner for text clustering. Please suggest me a measurement to judge the quality of clusters.

I am using SAS text miner for document clustering. I found the output that I attached with this discussion. For Confidentiality reason I have removed the descriptive term from the sheet. Please suggest me the measure on which I can decide that cluster that are generated are acceptable.
