I run model comparison node and open the results window, but only see Score Distribution, Score Rankings, Fit Statistics and Output windows. I would like to know how to open ROC curve winodw.

Make sure that you have defined your Target variable as a Binary variable.  The ROC chart is not defined for interval or nominal variables.   If you modify the level of your Target variable, you will need to rerun the flow as different modeling methods might be used in several nodes.   After the flow reruns, you should be able to see the ROC chart.
