Hello all, I am confused how exactly SAS EM calculates difference scores for each observation in netlift modeling using incremental model node. My guess is that it scores the same observation for Treatment = 1 and Treatment = 0 using the same model and taking difference of both probabilities. Is that understanding correct? If not, how are the difference scores calculated?

I think this section of the documentation on the Incremental Response node might help to explain how the scores are calculated for the 2 approaches (using a combined model, or separate models for treatment vs. control):
