How can we predict result for a hypothetical given observation for a linear regression model in SAS Enterprise miner

Usually you would use the SCORE node. Is something about that not working for you?

Could you please let me know the steps how we can add an observation
manually to the Score node pls

You need to create a data set with the observation values. You can do that in multiple ways, but one would be to use a SAS code node in a data step.
