Hi All,

I have built a Logistic Regression model in EM and I had a quick question regarding the reference group.

The reference group variable isn’t set to a coefficient of zero in EM, it seems to be the negative sum of the other coefficients in the variable.

Could you please let me know why? I would expect the reference group to have a coefficient = 0.

Your help would be much appreciated.

Thank You

If you are using the Regression node, you can change the Input Coding property (under Model Options) to GLM to get the coding that you would like for class inputs.
