Hi I hope I am doing this right but I need help using SAS Enterprise Miner on my MacBook Pro. I encounter an error where when I use the file import node, I am shown the folders of my laptop (such as desktop, music, downloads, etc.) but when I click on the desktop folder, where my dataset is stored, no files come up. I am not sure how to fix this. I have also been told that using a Mac, I may need to use a virtualized environment to adapt it to Windows. Does anyone have a tutorial video for this? Any help would be much appreciated, thank you!

Are you using Chrome or Safari? Uploads definitely don’t work in Safari so I’d try Chrome first. If that doesn’t work, do you have a valid Windows license or partition already set up on your Mac?
If Cynthia's steps above don't help you solve the issue, please go ahead and open up a track with SAS Tech Support at the following URL:

I moved your comment to the Data Mining community and gave it a subject line.
SAS webapps may have issues with Safari, I suggest you try to use Chrome.
