Error in SAS Desktop EM

I am getting the following error when I run a node on neural network.

"A problem has been encountered on the server"

Anyone knows what is causing this eror and how to fix it?  I am using Desktop EM 6.1.

Hi,

You might have a connection error or user log in error. Can you send the log from your analytic server folder to SAS Support for more help?
