Enterprise Miner error message

I am attempting to use Enterprise Miner 14.3 on a Windows 10 64bit machine and it opened only once and it keeps giving me an error message the system was unable to open, Application error.  All the solutions are for 14.2 and earlier and are not easy to understand.  I am using the latest version of Java Version 8 update 161.  Any help is appreciated.  Thanks
