I have successfully run gradient boosting tree models using SAS environment manager before. But now every time a run one of these models I get the error: ERROR: Insufficient resources in data access layer.   I am wanting to know what this error means and what causes it. I get the impression that it might indicate lack of memory or hard disk space.

Could this be caused by having too many jobs under the scheduling tab (in environment manager) taking up space.

I have attached the log showing this and the code that was run
