I am trying to figure out does kass adjustment any significant difference when predicting binary/interval target varialbe. Any help/interesting material would be appreciated.

From what I've read they are more effective for binary input.  Take a look, e.g., at: http://analytics.ncsu.edu/sesug/2002/PS08.pdf and search the paper for Kass Adjustment.
