Can I specify bounds for regression coefficients/parameters in proc logistic?

Good morning everyone,

I just wanted to find out if it is possible to specify upper and/or lower bounds on regression coefficients in SAS's proc logistic procedure? For example, all coefficients should be greater than 0 or all coefficients should be less than 0, etc?
