Binary Response Variable No Split for Decision Trees

Binary response variable has two values - 0 & 1. 98% of obs have 0 while 2% have 1. I ran Decision Trees node and got no split.Any suggestions for how to produce a decision trees model for such dataset.

You can try changing the properties Minimum Categorical Size and Leaf Size both to 1, and/or increasing the Significance Level property for splitting.
