Anonymization of PII data in unstructured data

Thanks a lot for pointing me to this resource. It was helpful but unfortunately not exactly what I am looking for.

The resource you provided works as a good starting point for structured data but my problem at hand is unstructured text.

Any further help would be appreciated!

How would you identify PII in an email?  By format, structure, location?

The mail text can contain names,phone numbers, location info and other sensitive information like bank related details( account number, card number etc.,).

I am looking for some capability to identify this information first and then classify them into right category and then the resource you suggested can be used.
