I am unable to drag data source table to a diagram in E-miner. It is not being pulled. It is not throwing any error. Is there any alternative to add table to a diagram?

Are you getting an error? What exactly isn't working, or what happens?

Please clarify, are you creating a new data source, or are you just doing "drag-and-drop" for a data source you had already created?
