100% bar chart

Can anyone tell me which procedure is the best for creating a 100% stacked bar chart in SAS 9.4.

I would appreciate if you can show me any dummy work or pdf tutorial.

EDIT:

In the MORE LIKE THIS section of your question (right hand side) There's code specific to SAS 9.4 that uses G100 which is specific to SAS 9.4 and appears more efficient.
