How can we find out the new records in table  in SAS Di studio 4.4.

Your question is quite sparse, pleas elaborate a bit more if I don't got your question right.

In the Status Handling tab, you can design an an action if rows have been updated in the target table. Action include sending email, calling a macro etc.

If you want to keep track on a record level, just use the Load Time Column, should be available in most Table Loader transformations.
