Hi all,

As the subject says, I would like to change the ES_ID in the EXEC table of DM Studio's repository, for a specific EX_ID. I need to do this cause I had given wrong source in the Data Monitoring Node (in the 1st run) and I need the historic data. So my question is if I modify the ES_ID in the EXEC table will there be any unwanted consequences, like the DM Studio stop working or any other problem.

Thank you in advance.

P.G.: The version of the Data Management Studio is 2.7 and it's repository is in a Microsoft SQL Server.

I can't say for sure if changing the value in the ES_ID column will crash anything but modifying values directly in the repository database is not something that is supported. Without getting too far into the details of the schema design, it could be that some table relationships needed by Data Management applications or functions will be broken if you make this change.

There is an option in Data Management Studio to delete items from the repository. You could try to use this first and the rerun your process with the intended values.
