Hai

I'm using more on financial data for my valuation of report or project.

Recently, I need to evaluate a project discounted cash flow and my boss required me to use WACC ratio.

I have been searching through google and the only way I can get WACC is actually from Bloomberg terminal.

But while browsing, I found a link where I downloaded an excel file and there a list of WACC for all the companies. The link was from SAS, https://communities.sas.com/kntur85557/attachments/kntur85557/data_management/13772/1/Mal_WACC.xlsx....

So, may I just know how you get the data of WACC. is it from Bloomberg also or you calculate on your own.

It is very important for me to know where the source of the WACC because my Board of Directors might ask the source of my WACC.

Thanks

Hi @sarahct,

Thanks for your question! Unless the user to originally provided that data set on the SAS Communities can chime in with the source of it, there's no info I can glean in terms of its source from the excel doc.
