In SAS Data Mangement Studio 2.5 on the Windows Platform running SAS 9.4, is it possible to write the meta data (label, name, description, etc.) of a rule or tassk to an output file (.txt, ,csv)?

I want to display in my output which rule or task produced the results by displaying the rule's meta daata

Thanks in advance for all responses

Have you looked at the Repository set of nodes in the Monitor category in DM Studio? The Repository Primary node will show the type of information you are looking for. Joining this information with information contained in the other Repository nodes using the various "_ID" key fields would allow you to output rule and task metadata.

Ron,
Thanks for the heads up and which direction to go in.
I am not familiar with these nodes. Is there an example you can point me to? Or a source of documentation that explains how to utilize (ie, acceptable parameters or inputs) them?
