Sum Group By using SAS DI Transformation

Can anyone please help me in finding out the best suitable transformation to implement group by on multiple fields with Summing up few of them? used EXTRACT transformation but its not giving proper result.

Not really sure what you try to implement.

First, try to code first in SQL outside DIS.

Attach sample input data, and desired output, and perhaps what you've tried that's not working.
