SAS Viya Data Encoding issue

Hello Everyone,

I am using sas viya 3.05.

We create a ETL and make one target table and load that table in oracle database.

My target table have one variable "Father_Name" and some value of this variable is in local language.

So we can see these values in my sas enterprise guide.

                                         

but when we load this table Oracle_DB To CAS server on sas viya,and check my data into cas  the Father_Name variable values look like this "???????? ?????".It looks not good is in our VA reports.

                               

 data properties in sas viya data encoding type= UTF-8 ,observations=12 million ,Columns=22

So how can we resolve this issue in sas-viya. Can anyone suggest us.

Can you be more specific about what application or component of SAS Viya you are using when you say you created an ETL? Or have you created a SAS Enterprise Guide job to load data into a CAS table on SAS Viya?
