SAS EG Data Export Fails

A co-worker is having a new problem with SAS EG. After successfully importing an Excel file, when using the Export tab in hopes of saving the data to an external SAS data set, the SAS EG interface does nothing. The usual Save As dialog box never opens. The Windows blue circle icon spins momentarily and then nothing happens. 

 

Any ideas?

Are there other co-workers with the same issue? Which version of SAS Enterprise Guide are you using? Did it work in the past?
