Returning a blank cell when data is not inputted yet.

I would like the cell to return a blank when a date has not been entered yet for this formula but can not seem to complete this formula to accomplish this. Please help

 

="QTR"& INT((MONTH(Table2[@[Observation Date]])-1)/3)+1

Looks more like an Excel question than SAS. I would find a forum for Excel for this question.
