When trying to update a record in an Ingres database from DI Studio I get the following error:

ERROR: Error updating table entry: [Ingres][Ingres ODBC Driver]No cursor name available

I am able to select values from the same table. Just unable to perform UPDATE operation.

any help?

You need to isolate the problem.
-Is the happening when executing code from standard transformations (Table Loader/SCD Type 2 Loader)?
-Can you update this table from other ODBC clients?
-Can you update the table "inside" Ingres using the same userid/schema as used in the ODBC connection?

Pls share a more complete log.
