Error while creating vocabulary in QKB

While importing QKB I am getting exception error in vocabulary section i.e. Failed to load files: Exception of type: 'DataFlux.QKB.QKBException' was thrown. Attaching the error message that I am getting.

Hi - before opening a support track, double-check that you have adequate permissions to read from the import file location and write to the target location. Sometimes special characters in file or object names can also cause trouble. If everything looks good, you'll likely need to open a support track for further investigation.
