Error to open SAS Miner via SAS Web Application links

We have SAS sever installed in Unix system, when I try to access SAS Miner on my local computer via SAS Web Application links, I get the following error, any possible reasons for this? Thank you!

This sounds like it's best directed to SAS Technical Support, so I suggest opening a track.

Thanks Anna! We contacted with SAS Technical support and found out this is because of certification is not recognized by Java, after copying the jssecacerts to local jre (C:\Program Files\Java\Javaversion\lib\security), this issue has been resolved.
