Hi everyone,

I have imported around 4000 data with csv, and it seems to fail due to an error:

fault-code: "channel.code.failed"

refreshing the tag i have seen that it has correctly uploaded the data, but after few minutes it has started to create, completely alone, multiple copies of the data.

Now i have around 40000 data that i don't want, and when i trying to delete them from the BDN, the deleting process fails due to the same error "channel.code.failed".

I am desperate, someone can help me?

Many thanks in advance!

Hi @MicBS,

If you haven't already, I suggest opening a track with Technical Support for this scenario. Check out this page for information on other ways to contact Tech Support.

Best,

Anna
