I'm trying to export (*.dat) file with hebrew dos encoding into SAS with infile command. Which encoding value should I use to convert hebrew dos into hebrew windows (so I can read values in sas data table)?

Untested but something like below should work

data want(encoding=hebrew);
  infile .... encoding='hebrew';
  ....;
run;
