DM Server Issue in Data Management Studio

Hi Team,

 I am facing the timeout error when expanding the batch jobs in Data Management Studio. 

Please find the screenshot and let me know if there is any mistakes.

dm server is running on which OS? windows (which version) or linux?

can you ping the server?
Do you have the access right for connecting to the server?

Resolution
Do following:
1. Bring up the DM Server if it is not running.
2. Check and correct the datamodel.properties entry if needed.
